Since our services involve time, effort and documentation, refunds can be issued only under certain conditions.

Refund Not Applicable (No Refund Cases)

Refund is NOT applicable if:

• Work has already started
• Documents have been submitted on the portal
• Application has been processed
• Client delays or fails to submit required documents
• Government portal rejects the application due to incorrect documents provided by the client
  
  

Refund Applicable (Partial Cases)

Refund may be considered only if:

• No work has started
• Client requests cancellation within 24 hours of payment
• Duplicate payment is made by mistake
  
  

Government Fees

Government fees (if paid) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
